You are interested in seeing Ireland's old but beautiful castles? You can go on a castle tour and visit five different castles in one day. Starting off at the cottage you can go to the West to Carrick-on-Suir where you can find the first castle of your trip: Ormond Castle. From Carrick you can go further to the West to one of the largest castles in Ireland: Cahir Castle. While visiting Cahir you can also go to the Carrigeen Castle just minutes from the town centre. From Cahir you can drive slightly to the North where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Rock of Cashel. From Cashel go to the North-East to see the Kilkenny Castle in Kilkenny. On your way back to our Cottage you will pass the fifth castle of the day: Grannagh Castle.
